Does marriage make us fat ? ...

Researchers at the University of North Carolina, found out that married women are almost twice have the chance to get more kg and end up obese in comparison with their male spouses.

At is seems this happens due to some psychological causes. People crave for many years to find love, the perfect man, the one who will walk with them hand-to-hand through their lives. When finally it happens most of them relax and exercise less, they spend more time on the couch enjoying fast food, watching movies. Even a simple date or go out for drinks has been replaced with having food outside.

Without realising the lifestyle is slowly changed and they forget whatever good habit they had when they were into searching for partner.

Psychologists recommend and allow enjoying a little bit more food and feeling relaxed in the relationship, but never ever forget about gym.
